Parts of the shoulder parts came from the manufacturer with areas attached with Velcro. In addition to the parts linked with Velcro, there were two additional components in the box that could be put into the pads with Velcro. Would it be a requirement that all parts of the material be worn to be in consent with the rules?
RULING: Game enthusiasts are not required to wear waste the pads and other protective clothing that the manufacturer intended to be optionally available. Thus, pieces that came with the pads that are along with Velcro or loose in the container and could be added with Velcro addition are considered optional and game enthusiasts are not required to wear them.
Concept: 4.3
5.Your five Situation B:
B1 (not the goalie) is not dressed in shoulder pads or equip pads.
RULING: One minute nonreleasable personalized foul even if multiple products violations are found.
Rule: 5 various.6
This is a problem because at least for NFHS the rules really don't specify what is a shoulder cushion. We have "unaltered" but they are under a shirt so who really knows.
I'd like generally 000Thousand50010001 there to be language in the guideline that the pad must fully cover the shoulder for being legal. The term "fully covered" to me will not be ambiguous. The joint it's essentially a 90 degree angle. The information presented either extends to where the shoulder joint turns into arm or it doesn't. In hockey, at least for my part, high sticking penalties will be rare because the puck in der Technologie wie Fahrräder zu investieren00 is mostly around the ice, or at least low. Not necessarily lacrosse. The chances of a stick coming down on a shoulder and busting a collar bone less complicated more significant. Especially when you have moving d poles. I would like this rule to say the entire joints must be covered.
The NFHS appears to be unwilling to define what constitutes a shoulder pad. We tell people, if there is a professionally constructed pad somewhere on the make, they are shoulder pads. Your coach has certified the players are legally set up, so it's on the coach then. I tell people that they will not go digging all-around in a sweaty jersey seeking to see if they have been altered.
OTOH, for those who determine that there is no pad and the player says he has shoulder pads, he can bring his jersey off that allows you to Joey Sperber convince you he has protects. At that point, if he has not any pads, or if you see and may altered, you have a 1:50 NR penalty.
The NFHS seems often unwilling to define what constitutes a neck pad. We tell persons, if there is a professionally manufactured cushion somewhere on the shoulder, they're shoulder pads. The mentor has certified that the gamers are legally equipped, therefore it is on the coach at Lu et al uitgedrukt oppositie op verschillende manieren that point. I tell people that they should not really go digging around in a very sweaty jersey looking to see whether they have been altered.
OTOH, if you determine that there is no pad as well as player says he has neck pads, he can take the jersey off in an effort to coerce you he has pads. At that point, if he has no padding, or if you see they've been transformed, you have a tirare i capelli 1:00 NR punishment.
Agreed, though NOCSAE is full of weasel thoughts and the rule only identifies that helmets be qualified at the time of manufacture. Helmets which are worn out, beat up and have tendency facemasks still pass that test out. I accept the slippery slope situation. I don't imagine asking that the pad basically cover the joint passes across that line.
As far as the undefining of shoes that are not suitable, entirely agree. Though with the dreadful weather we've had this year I think a pair of logger boots might be better than cleats.
