If you're looking for a perfect country you're NOT going to find it any place in the globe. While true Canada offers it's problems like any alternative country, however, there's no put on earth like Canada and it is shameful when people bash the continent. Instead Canadians need to stand collectively and make their voices seen to government if there's destined to be change. Not enough people become involved, a good example is how not enough people vote. Now as far as the Senators go that should be completely altered where they have to get chosen by the people and held accountable to the Canadian voters/tax payers. I also are convinced Canada should break away via England, it's nothing personal against England, the English are a good people, however this is Europe, a completely different country. I however agree that not adequate is being done for the poor, there are no longer enough affordable housing, a lot of people all over the country are homeless and there's no excuse for that. Despite the many problems Canada is still a wonderful country look at other parts around the globe where people have to walk up to now just to have water to drink and frequently it's not even considered secure.
