Wellington man falls to his death at worksite 831
WELLINGTON A 61 year old Wellington man fell to his passing at a commercial construction worksite below Thursday. He was taken to Prince County Infirmary in Summerside where he has been pronounced dead a short time later.The provincial department of Field-work Health and Safety were summoned on the scene by RCMP and are running their own investigation into this condition as well.
RCMP say they do not suppose foul play in connection with this automobile accident.
How terrible a freak accidental death can happen so rapidly from a slip and fall of only 15 ft. My sympathies to the loved ones and co workers.
Thank God for the people who called Emergency services immediately. Some injured individuals who slip and fall at the workplace and are able to sit up after being pulled unconscious for a moment or 2 don' t receive the 911 contact.
