Troopers say 40 year old Todd William Shultz, of York, charged at officers with a knife after they attempted to arrest him for retail theft.

None of the responding officers or any customers were injured in the incident. I am just saying, excessive force is NOT always necessary, what if that person was a scared KID that got caught stealing? Should HE have been blown away with 5 shots in the gut too? Meanwhile bad areas of york, have people with GUNS shooting people and they wont even bother to investigate it or patrol it. I know someone who has called and was told they wont come out there! Wow!
