PwC has appointed Stuart Wallace since its new head of tax within the Midlands.
Mr Wallace could be the firm's former head of indirect taxes in the area and takes over from Barry Smith.
He'll be leading the delivery of tax services to large corporates inside the Midlands, companies based overseas looking to invest in the region and private companies.
Mr Wallace will also lead teams in specialist tax services Ray Ban outlet associated with employment plus a range of direct and indirect taxation.

Will Schofield has joined being a partner from the human resource services practice, having previously worked in the firm's offices within the Czech Republic, Russia and Australia.
Mo Desai in addition has rejoined the firm's Midlands based hr services team after a secondment in the The west.
Mr Wallace will probably be succeeded in their role leading indirect taxes by Jonathan Evans who may have returned for the Midlands practice red carpet years in PwC's London office.
