My partner and i drive a C4 VTS and bought that because of the innovative features within and the striking body. I've been a huge fan of Citroen for several years and I am still delighted having my car. The new C4 having said that is so bland compared to the pre-existing, I would not consider buying the following. The new C3 looks good however with Citroen buyers want something eventually left of centre. Also looks like they have got Menos de 90 minutos de Roma rid of the preset hub steering wheel and the core LCD dash. These an exquisite and another reason why I got the previous C4.
I once fell for the European charm in the form of a VW Polo. This was while I was a graduate student in Melbourne. But not only did the maintenance cost create a fair chunk out of my personal postgraduate scholarship, nothing Used to could keep it away from a frequent visit to the dealers. I would have learned from my father expertise in a Fiat. Every morning, my mother, sister and myself must push start my father off to work. His colleagues on the job ensured his evening journey home.
European cars whether or not they are German, French, Swede (and also God help you if you like Chinese) have about as much electrical/mechanical stability as the Melbourne weather predict. Spare yourself grief and acquire a nice old Datsun, because you will have more trouble free motoring than something state of the art from the stables of Diamler. I do know. I switched to an Eighties era Corono and it only carked last year. I now drive a Holden Commodore and it has not missed a beat often. Never . Never a European motor vehicle for me.

I was a Citroen nut many years ago and enjoyed Lighting 15s, Big 15s, and the early Goddess. Straightforward, straightforward, and wonderfully dependable. Wish I still obtained those 15s. Have a look at prices of your secondhand Citroen of the last few years in addition to calculate how much you'll drop in a very short time when you provide. Citroens do NOT have reliability any more, parts are an arm and a lower leg, and service costs take the other arm and leg. The final reliable French car seemed to be the Peugeot 403Fred Bloggs
