Alternatively sleep in Griffith, return with the train to Junee Sunday morning this will let you squizz at the place there before collecting the morning XPT to Melbourne.

Which i ask for aisle seats on the XPT, not window, as you can get in / out quicker for photos on the stops without disturbing your neighbour. Plus the angle of view out of either side window is a smaller twist from the neck. end or Melbourne end, I am aware about that odd seats being Window seats the even seats being Aisle seats but nonetheless hzzve no idea hoe to figure out what end seat 1 is situated in each car, I want to know so i could complie a seating diagram for future trips to find out over the phone where I'm being positioned.
