Koch completes buying of J Bunn
Great Yarmouth based Bunn, founded in 1816, employs about 150 in its fertiliser business, which has operations at Ray Ban 90% off seven ports and terminals across the UK.
The firm, one of many region's biggest using a turnover over 175m annually, was bought for Ray Ban Sunglasses Outlet an undisclosed sum on 16 March.
Wichita based Koch produces, distributes and markets nitrogen fertilisers globally, and is a subsidiary of Koch Inudstries, one of several largest private companies in america.
Plans to discover the business were announced earlier that year and were cleared through the Office of Fair Trading last month.
