Closing women's refuge leaves victims without lifeline and support

Her short spell in the refuge, now looking planning to close in a tad bit more than a fortnight, gave Jackie enough time, space and understanding guidance she necessary to make her decision to reclaim her safety and her lifetime somewhere else.
