An 80 feet long covered walkway will ensure people are no longer forced to have outside in the freezing wintry, rain and snow until they can acquire inside the Food Bank.

The project has been spearheaded by Rob Goodwin, who hopes to have the pathway complete and functional through Monday.
"We're getting ready now to perform framing, so I'm askin all builders to come down and donate a day to frame that," Goodwin said.
"My son takes on for the Bantam A hockey crew so we're going to get the avid gamers to come down on the few days and help out."
Goodwin got it upon himself to mend up the Food Bank having seen the condition of the building first hand.
Like a Shaw employee, Goodwin picked up and dropped off curbside Food Bank donations throughout the company's Harvest the River campaign last October.
"As I delivered food here, I seen this place is a dump in," Goodwin said.

Ann and George Minosky, administrators of your Food Bank, told Goodwin probably the most pressing need was for just a covered holding area for the 200 250 people who lineup each day to use the Food Standard bank.
"It's taken 11 months to find the engineer drawings done, obtain a permit application approved by the area and to gather all my investments contacts," Goodwin said.
His / her hard work, and the generous charitable contributions from local businesses are eliminating. Soon phase one, which is walkway, will be complete along with phase two gutting the inside should get underway next February.
"The approach it is right now, it's old and inefficient," Goodwin claimed. "George wants to have people be able to lineup and go in one door and out the other. We have been also going to upgrade a freezers, upgrade the shelving; simply just completely renovate the inside to make it nicer."
Goodwin furthermore plans to close in the filling dock and holding bays, plus add an additional 800 feet of storage space.
He or she hopes to have the entire undertaking finished by March The coming year.
"It's just been awesome so far, considering the state of our economy,In Goodwin said.
"We've had $6,000 in donations so far from corporations."
