These warm spring a short time have me dreaming of vacation. It's so nice outside that most I want to do is stay in the sun, read a good publication, and eat Mexican food. But of course, busy life obtains in the way. Right now, all I'll do is dream. Luckily, dreaming is easy. I have a spouse who should have been any travel agent. He loves to strategy vacations, and in fact, plans ours at least a year in advance. This year, were headed to a tiny minor Mexican town just southern area of the border from San diego, ca. ? The town is called La Mision which is situated right on the beach. Seafood is abundant there, particularly the California Spiny Lobster. I like to eat such as a local, though, so the street food is most tempting for me. La Mision has a thriving street food business, and most suppliers sell one thing: fish tacos. Pretty much everything dreaming has inspired us to to have a taste regarding Mexico in March. All these fish tacos are from a restaurant called Rubio's and the recipe is purported to be an original from Ensenada around Baja California.
