I am hoping to quit my part time bank job in June when our little guy is born. I also work 2 nights a week for a few hours teaching and assisting dance classes, which I plan on continuing. I was thinking about joining premier designs as a consultant for some extra money without a huge time investment (like my bank job). I know i will obviously make less, but am hoping it would help enough to keep us afloat if needed. Just wondering if anyone else is in the company and if you can really make money doing it, or if it just kind if downhills after a little bit? I'm having a hard time making a decision because the start up cost is so high! Thanks in advance : )

Oh bummer about the low quality! I have a pair of earrings and a necklace from premier and actually love them both lol. Maybe it differs depending on the pieces? I definitely wouldn't want to try to sell people junk though : ( I have looked online at other direct sales companies and it seems premier is pretty much the only one where you make 50% of what you sell and there are no quotas whatsoever. I might email you about 31 because I do have a bag that is 31 that I love, but I wasn't sure I'd be able to make as much because the percentage you make is lower??? I am trying to find the best one to make money (and of course I want to also like the products like I wouldn't be able to sell pampered chef because I just don't love kitchen utensils like I love jewelry and bags lol). Lots to think about.

Also the jewelry has a guarantee so if people are unhappy they can return and its not a cost to you.

I think a lot of it depends on your upline and support   again, I was on a great team. We had get togethers and monthly meetings to share ideas, took trips together, etc. I am still friends with my Premier girls and if I wanted to do direct sales again its definitely a company I would go back to.

The $5 replacement guarantee is good in theory, but I've now paid an additional $15 to replace 1 particular necklage 3 different times. It shouldn't break THAT easily.
