Loose 10 pounds

We will check in ugg boots clearance with eachother everyday and keep a journal of the foods we are eating and any activity we do!

Hey is it ok if I still join?

I'm 22 and a senior in college and I really want to lose some weight before I graduate! I will have to buy all new work clothes in the fall and I want to buy them in a size I'm happy with!

I'm 5'4 and currently 144, I'd like to get down to 125, or ugg boots clearance outlet even 130 would be fine. I've been there before and loved my body. I just hate how clothes don't fit me right anymore.

I'm trying ugg christmas boots to get back into running, but it will help when it gets warm enough to run outside.

foodwise I try to stick around 1300 calories a day, but I just started counting again after a 2 month long pig out break where I gained 5 pounds. I'm ready to really dedicate myself to this now!

I haven't posted in quite sometime. I was maintaining really well with school ugg boots on sale 70% off and all. until I went on Spring Break.

My boyfriend and I went on a cruise and I let go. Granted ugg boots clearance outlet when I look back at when I had an ED in high school the idea of a cruise with liquor and constant access to food would have given me a heartattack. This time I didn't. I indulged, did not workout as much as normal, and it was an amazing, relaxing vacation. I figured once I got back any weight I might have gained would fall off rather fast once I returned to my normal diet and exercise routine.

That hasn't been the case. I've always been smaller as a child so at 5'7 around 115lbs has always been very comfortable for me. However, it has now been two weeks after vacation and the weight I gained over vacation is still attached. My birthday is coming up in a little over a month on May 19th and I just want to get back to my old self. Its not a lot but its plaguing me. My jeans are all tighter and I constantly feel bloated.

I run or do some form of cardio for an hour 6 days a week. I've been eating roughly 1400  2000 calories a day depending on intensity of activities and still nothing. Anyone have any hints? Here goes nothing.

In college and graduate ugg boots cyber monday in DEC 2011. I am 5 6" or 5"7 it varies when I get measure at the doctors office. I have been trying to lose weight for 2 years and got to 131lbs but due to a break up and some stresses I gain some weight. By the beginning of fall I weighted 138lbs but now this morning I weighted 134lbs. about two weeks ago I weighed 132 but gain 2lbs due to "rewarding" myself. I think that is my major issue is going off track. I would really love to weight 124 by summer/may sometime and keep it that way.

yogagrl333  Totally can relate to being scared to weighting yourself after a bad day of eating. Try to take it as motivation. What has helped me lately is thinking of the benefits and not the difficulties!

Heading to the gym after this. Went 3 times last week. Have gone only once so far this week. Hoping to stay on track and make it each day for the rest of the week!

wanting to stay also on a 1200 cal diet or little more if I go work out.

No excuses for myself, I was eating near/at/one day pretty over maintenance. I just was not at all diligent enough about keeping calories in range this week!

Next week: focus on first planning ahead so I can eat my own healthier, less processed foods rather than foods my bf wants to eat. and actually use the concept of portion control rather than think about it and not use it, when I do eat same things as him.

I'm also hoping TTOM is contributing a bit to that number. lol.

I was good on exercising though   my running definitely progressed and I hope some of that was muscle! So this week was not wasted

Hey everyone! I'm brand new to this, never posted before.

I'm 20 years old and taking college courses online. I had a baby girl in July of last year and have been trying to lose the pregnancy weight and then some. I'm 5'2.5"
