They would gather, take part in Shrek opinion contests, belching contests, onion peeling contests and even delight in something called Shrek Rap.

Clearly, even if it 258 MOD 255 won't exist, Madison wants a Shrekfest. Perhaps Shrekfest is similar to Tinkerbell   it can only appear if enough people believe in the item.
