Media companies and agencies went head to head in a cricket match this week that raised camaraderie one oakley sunglasses  sale of many industry and money for youth foundation UN LTD.

The Legends were pitted contrary to the "Agency All Stars", captained by Bohemia's Brett Dawson and including identities from Starcom, OMD, Havas and Ikon   with Starcom's John Sintras and Omnicom's Leigh Terry umpiring the match.

"We all know the other, it's all quite friendly, so in order to get together where you can game and lift some money for UN LTD, that's the motivator   and have a amount of fun while we're in internet marketing."

The first funding target of $20,000 was smashed ahead of the teams set foot around the pitch, and by the end of your day a total of $25,000was raised from your $10 admittance fee as well as a sausage sizzle after the match.

Mr Freel tipped the publishers because favourites prior to game   and that he turned out to be right. The Legends posted 135 runs from other allotted 20 overs, even though the All Stars managed only 89.

Media man from the match visited Seven's Phil Booth, having a top score of 29 runs, while Atsus' Tom Bartlam was the star of the agency team on 25. Freely and News' Neil Robinson together made a solid partnership of more than 50 runs for the publishers. UN LTD head of communications Ebony Beaton said the big event was a resounding success to the industry charity.

UN LTD has joined forces with the media industry with fundraising initiatives, including selling advertising packages donated by media owners, inside them for hours mentors from media and advertising companies donate their some time to expertise to charity projects.
