Prosecutors agreed to leave the sentence up to the judge. when two shots were fired from a Dodge Neon driving through the alley, according to reports.Police pursued the car minutes later until it drove into a snow bank and arrested Loomis after officers found him trying to hide in bushes.Their investigation and footprints in the snow led police to 854 Winneshiek Road, where they found passenger Michael Vang, 27, on a futon in 18 year old Cody Brantner's bedroom, reports state.The prints on Vang's shoes matched those left in the snow running from the car, according to reports.Brantner admitting buying methamphetamine from Vang earlier that morning and giving him an extra key to the Dodge Neon his mother sold to a neighbor. Police found pipes and meth belonging to Vang in the bedroom.Vang said he once sold the man who lived at the Kane Street house bath salts instead of meth, and the man got Vang into trouble with the True Asian Blood gang, according to reports.
