Israeli law enforcement spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said police had been deployed later Wednesday at the entrance to Mughayer but that "disturbances inside the area" were preventing them from opening an investigation.
Rosenfeld did not fancy on the extent of the Tony Abbott 51 disorder but attacks such as the one in Mughayer frequently ignite violent demonstrations.
Also Wednesday, the Israeli human being right organization Yesh Din revealed data on what it described as failure by the Israeli police in the West Bank to seriously investigate Palestinian conditions of Israeli attacks against Palestinians as well as their property.
The organization said that from the 1,045 cases opened by the police on such attacks between 2005 and 2014, only 7.4 percent got produced indictments of Israeli civilians. The police were not immediately available to inquire into the report.
Meanwhile, a Israeli border policeman was charged in connection with the death of the Palestinian demonstrator near Ramallah in May, Rosenfeld reported.
