He Wopat will star on a unique Broadway this summer as he leads the massive Top Parade through downtown Baraboo.
The Lodi native, who accumulated television fame on "The Dukes with Hazzard" and earned a Tony adamowicz Award nomination for his operate in the musical "Annie Get Your Pistol," will serve as the parade's grand marshal July 26. Wopat, an accomplished recording artist, will perform together the evening before the parade on the Al. Ringling Theatre.
"I always take pleasure in performing at the theater,Inch Wopat said. "Half of the show now will be standards from the Usa songbook. I've also written a few originals that will be included in the exhibit."
Like all of the weekend's parties, Wopat's appearances at the theater and in the parade are designed to rejoice Baraboo's unique ties to festival history.
