Police claimed they occurred on the 13 year old boy at St Pat's between 1984 and 1987. They arrested him at his Ryde Ray Ban outlet home on March 4.
The offences are imagined to have occurred against boys at the Manly school possibly at St Pat's between 1973 and 1976.
Lennox will re come in Downing Centre Local Court next Thursday, March 26.
